    What is the structure of this project and how long does it take?

This project has three components.  In the first component, you answer a detailed questionnaire called “What’s in Store For Your Future,” plus details of your current loyalty programs, customer service & marketing strategies.  Allan will examine them thoroughly and use his own market research to develop specific recommendations based on your goals.   It takes Allan approximately two weeks to complete this analysis during the first phase. 

In the second phase, you spend the day with Allan to review your questionnaire, comprehensive marketing program recommended by Allan and the specific tools you’ll need to transform opportunities into profits.  In the second phase you will receive a wealth of written and recorded information including a subscription to our Instant Loyalty Letters Membership program with over 100 pre-written letters you can copy, edit and use right away.  This session will be recorded. 

The third phase is the implementation phase, usually a one hour phone conversation to insure proper implementation of the recommendations.  This final phase usually occurs four weeks after we meet.  The total timetable is approximately six months.
